I stood on the scale today.. like i have to do every morning to fill in my diet program. And i was surprised. I lost 1 lbs agian while i didn’t expect it yet. In total i lost 13.5 kilos (which translates to 29.7 lbs) so far. I’m on 97.5 kilos. Damn.. i’m surprised at [...]
